Milton Joe received Ph.D degree in Computer Applications from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, India, MCA degree from St. Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering, Anna University, India and B. Sc. Computer Science degree from St. Joseph's College, Bharathidasan University, India. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor at St. Jerome's College in Nagercoil, India. He has 9 years of research experience and authored 28 research papers in reputed international journals & conferences (9 Science Citation Index Expanded research articles at Springer Journals and 18 SCOPUS indexed research articles).
